These terms are between you and Vandly, operator of PickMe. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. Contact: [email protected].

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use PickMe. By using it you confirm that you are.

Your account

Keep your login secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete account.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

Vandly grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use PickMe on devices you own or control, for personal non-commercial use, subject to these terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app except as the law allows.

This licence is between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, maintenance or support, warranties, or claims relating to it, and has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support. If the app fails to conform to a warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of any purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you. You confirm you are not in a country subject to a US embargo or on a US list of prohibited parties, and you will comply with applicable third-party terms (such as your carrier agreement).

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on PickMe. This includes harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, sexual or pornographic content, content that exploits or endangers minors, graphic violence, illegal activity, spam, impersonation and doxxing.

We will remove violating content and may suspend or permanently ban the accounts responsible, without notice, and report unlawful content to the authorities.

Reporting, blocking and review

Report: use the report option on any decision, comment, message or profile and choose a reason.

Block: block any user from their profile. Blocked users cannot interact with you and their content is hidden from you. Manage blocked accounts in Settings > Blocked accounts.

Review: we review reports within 24 hours. We remove content that violates these terms and eject the offending user. You can also email [email protected].

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant Vandly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it within PickMe so we can operate the service. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to post it.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to hack, scrape, overload or interfere with the service, create fake or automated votes, evade a ban, or use the app for anything unlawful. Decisions and predictions are for entertainment; they are not professional advice.

Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violating these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Vandly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for content posted by users, and our total liability is limited to US$100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
